Description: On January 26, 2019, the Plaintiff was at a restaurant with friends/family when around 3:00 a.m, an undercover PO approached the Plaintiff, asking for cocaine. Te Plaintiff had a very small amount, and gave some to the undercover PO. The officer tried to give the Plaintiff money, to which the Plaintiff refused to accept. 10 minutes later, a group of POs entered the restaurant and arrested the Plaintiff. The undercover PO falsely claimed the Plaintiff sold cocaine to him in exchange for $40. At the 72nd Precinct, PO Rodriguez searched the Plaintiff and found only a small amount of cocaine and money (none that included the $40 the undercover PO claimed he paid). Then Sgt.
