Description: On or about April 12, 2019 at 10:00 pm, the plaintiff, Terae Wambach was lawfully at a home in which he rented a room. Without probable cause, the Defendants Thomas A. Reo and Jane Doe 1-10 arresting officers of the 113th precinct, approached and handcuffed the plaintiff, searched his person where they found keys to his room, which they then entered. In his room, defendants found a small amount of marijuana and charged him with felony possession of the substance.
