Description: On or about August 4, 2018, Joseph Alcine was unlawfully detained, arrested, and imprisoned by police officers Christine Roman, Brandon Patane, and Sergeant Alan Chau in New York County. The arrest was conducted without a warrant, probable cause, or any legal justification. Alcine was subsequently held until August 5, 2018, and was subjected to prosecution under arrest number K18646160.
