Description: On June 30, 2019, the plaintiff was present at Devoe Park, Bronx, when the defendant POs including Eric Dipaolo and Ryan Lawrence were arresting another individual in Devoe Park. When the plaintiff attempted to film the POs arrest with improper force of the other individual, the defendants struck the plaintiff in the head/face area causing the plaintiff to fall to the ground. Description: On or about September 6, 2018, police officers Brendan Latimer and John Does falsely arrested Alpha Diallo. The officers stopped, verbally abused, handcuffed, and arrested Diallo, who was properly driving near Fordham Rd. and Jerome Ave. of Bronx, for no justifiable reason. But for such an unreasonable stop, Diallo would not have been arrested. Despite officers' malicious and intentional prosecution, the district attorney subsequently denied to prosecute Diallo's charges. As a result, Diallo suffered from physical pain and injuries, fear, insomnia, inability to attend his vocation for multiple days.
