Complaint
Description: On April 4, 2017 at approximately 2:00 p.m. Plaintiff was approached by POs Daniel Venditto and John Does 1-8 with firearms drawn and pointed at him. POs stopped, searched, seized, handcuffed, and arrested Plaintiff, thereafter taking him into custody and detaining him for an extended period of time. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted and all charges against Plaintiff were ultimately terminated in Plaintiff's favor on April 4, 2017.
