Description: On November 22, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. plaintiff Shameek Suggs was subjected to an unlawful stop, frisk, search, detention, false imprisonment, and false imprisonment while lawfully present at 202 York Street, Brooklyn, New York. The officers did not have any probable cause or justification for the search or the arrest. After the arrest plaintiff was transported to the 84th precinct and was fingerprinted, photographed, unlawfully interrogated and detained. Thereafter, the officers maliciously prosecuted and denied plaintiff a right to a fair trial by falsifying evidence, providing false, misleading and/or incomplete information to the DA's Office and by signing a Criminal Court Summons which contained false informa...
