Description: On January 12, 2012, Plaintiff was a lawful patron on a subway train. Defendants harassed, annoyed and accused plaintiff of engaging in unlawful behavior. At the Dyckman Street Station, plaintiff exited the train and defendants also exited. Defendants continued to harass and accuse plaintiff of committing a crime. Defendants caused patrons on the platform to physically attack plaintiff causing plaintiff to sustain severe injuries. Defendants came into physical contact with plaintiff causing him to sustain severe injuries. Defendants assaulted, battered, arrested and imprisoned plaintiff at the Dyckman Street Station.
