Complaint
Description: On or about January 25, 2017, defendant NYPD officer Jeymi Montas along with unnamed defendant NYPD officers, approached plaintiff on a street in the Bronx, stopped him and walked him to his car. Defendant officers including Montas illegally searched his car, recovering a knife that was not illegal. Plaintiff was then arrested by defendants, including Montas, taken to the 44th precinct and processed. The charges against plaintiff were eventually dismissed.
