Description: On May 12, 2021, while lawfully walking home from his aunt's house near Kingston Avenue and Bergen Street in Kings, NY, the plaintiff was stopped, handcuffed, and arrested by Defendant Andreani and other unknown officers without any legal justification. At no time did the plaintiff engage in any criminal activity or possess a loaded firearm. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of possession of a weapon in the second degree and related offenses. After the arrest, the plaintiff was transported to the 77th Precinct, where he underwent searches and scans, and nothing illegal was recovered. From the 77th Precinct, he was transported to a local Kings County hospital to receive treatment for injuries sustaine...
