Description: On September 26, 2020, NYPD officers raided 660 gates avenue in Kings County, and placed Demika Kittles, Davon Kittles, Patience Slaughter, Vondell Oliver Jr., Kamani Aime, Gentrese barfield, Jackie Purdie, Lincoln Isidore, and Quaron Packer under arrest, and held them all for over 24 hours at the 73rd precinct. All were released except Demika Kittles, who was charged when Officer Alex Malpica gave false information to the District Attorney's office in Kings County. Plaintiffs claim false arrest, malicious prosecution, excessive force, and failure to intervene, among others.
