Description: On December 27, 2018, Emile Westmoreland came outside of his home to discover Officers Scalcione and Ernyey talking with his mother on the street. Westmoreland learned that the officers were going to ticket his nephew, Clinton. When Clinton went to speak with the officers, Officer Ernyey lunged at him, at which point Westmoreland moved his hand up to protect his nephew. Officer Scalcione then hit Westmoreland in the side of the head with his police radio, leaving Westmoreland unconscious.
