Description: On or about September 18, 2018, in the vicinity of Grand Avenue and East 165 Street in Bronx, New York, the plaintiff was walking from home visiting with a friend when he was stopped, handcuffed, and arrested by defendant NYPD officers. At no time did the plaintiff engage in any criminal conduct or unlawful conduct. The plaintiff was transported to 44th Precinct and subjected to a strip search and nothing illegal or unlawful was recovered. The case against the plaintiff was dismissed.
