Description: Plaintiff was push down by an officer at West 181th Street and Audubon Avenue after being told to leave the area by other officers. When asked why he was pushed, Plaintiff was arrested and taken to the 34th precinct. He was subject to verbal abuse and intimidation by all officers involved. His case was later terminated with an ACD.
