Description: On or about September 21, 2017, in the County of New York, City and State of New York, defendant NYPD officer Germaine Hall and another NYPD detective handcuffed and arrested plaintiff at his residence without a warrant or any other probable causes. Later the defendants forcibly detained and imprisoned plaintiff at various locations including a police precinct.
