Description: On August 1, 2017, PO Kyle Kelly, Doe and Roe approached Plaintiff without any probable cause or reasonable suspicion to do so. They stopped her and striped searched her. Plaintiff was then maliciously prosecuted, incarcerated for over 24 hours and compelled to make numerous court appearances. All criminal charges against Plaintiff were eventually dismissed.
