Description: On August 13, 2022, Plaintiff was lawfully on the street when he was approached by officers without probable cause. The officers proceeded to arrest Plaintiff and bring him to the police station. During the course of the arrest the officers used excessive force against Plaintiff. Officers then filed false claims against Plaintiff without probable cause. All such claims were subsequently dismissed.
