Complaint
Description: The plaintiff was legally parked in his vehicle not engaging in any illegal activity when the defendant officers approached and began banging on his windows and told the plaintiff to exit the vehicle. When the plaintiff was out of the car the officers called to get his car towed, assaulted the plaintiff, and then took him to the nearby precinct where he was falsely charged with several counts of disorderly conduct, marijuana possession, and possession of weapons. All charges were eventually dismissed.
