Description: On September 6, 2020, the defendants unlawfully stopped, questioned, searched, arrested and detained Plaintiff in the vicinity of 635 Zerega Avenue, Bronx New York. At approximately 9:45 a.m., Plaintiff was waiting to purchase items from inside a deli grocery store. At that time, Defendants Valerio and Delossantos, employees of FedEx, cut the line in front of Plaintiff. Plaintiff engaged in a brief verbal dispute with said defendants before the defendants exited the store. Shortly thereafter, Defendants Valerio and Delossantos reentered the store with approximately 11 additional FedEx employees who immediately began to brutally punch, kick, strike and choke Plaintiff.
