Description: On Feb 1 2013, Plaintiff Layton Scott Turner was put in a lineup for identification, and he was interrogated by Detective Dellemo. Detective Dellemo was convicted of perjury in a previous case identical to this. THe complaining witness said she was being forced and coerced to pick plaintiff from the lineup.
Plaintiff also alleges numerous injuries incurred (seemingly while imprisoned, but the complaint is unclear). During plaintiff's 3-year confinement, he was assaulted 4 times, including a blow to his temple.
