Description: On March 20, 2013, plaintiff's girlfriend and 7-year-old son boarded an MTA bus at the University Avenue and Fordham Road bus stop. While on the bus, plaintiff's girlfriend was assaulted by two teenage girls, causing her to suffer physical injuries including, but not limited to, bruising all over her face. One of the passengers on the bus called 911 and reported the assault. Later that night, plaintiff went to console his girlfriend after the attack, arriving at her apartment located at 1865 University Place, Apartment 4B, Bronx, New York.
