Description: Defendant Officers in an unmarked vehicle pulled up next to Plaintiff, got out and questioned her, and then tackled her and arrested her. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct and hospital for her injuries, subjected to anti-trans verbal harassment and charged with Possession of Burglar's Tools, P.L. ß140.35; Resisting Arrest, P.L. ß 205.30; Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, P.L. ß 265.01-02; and Disorderly Conduct, P.L. ß 240.20-2, which were later dismissed.
