Complaint
Description: On our about December 8, 2022, Plaintiff was asleep inside her apartment when her ex boyfriend allowed Defendant Police Officers Arace, Barker, Estrella Lopez, Ahn, and John Does to drill holes through her front door lock and kick the door to enter the apartment. Plaintiff has a protective order against her ex boyfriend and Defendant Police Officers knew this. Defendant Police Officers did all of this without inquiry for warrant or probable cause. Plaintiff was unclothed and in bed at the time and requested Defendants to leave for her to get dressed but they refused. She requested a female arresting officer and they also refused. She was then touched and placed in handcuffs without her being dressed. The Poli...
