Description: On October 29, 2012 at around 6PM, Plaintiff, an individual suffering from advanced autism, was assaulted and arrested by Defendant Officers. Defendant Officers punched the Plaintiff in the head and body before taking him into custody. Plaintiff was dragged down stairs and continuously beaten before being taken to the hospital. He was released a few days later without any charges. Plaintiff suffered cuts, bruises, and swelling all over the body which required medical attention. Defendant Officers had no legal cause or justification to seize or touch the Plaintiff. Plaintiff’s mother witnessed the entire ordeal.
