Description: On April 23, 2016, around 10:50 PM, near 111 Avenue and Inwood Street, Queens, Plaintiff was in the driver's seat of a vehicle when multiple police officers, including Defendant Officer Matthew Perullo, approached the vehicle and directed Plaintiff to exit the vehicle. The Defendant officers falsely accused Plaintiff of driving while intoxicated and, without justification, searched Plaintiff's car. Then, Defendant Officer Perullo took Plaintiff to a police precinct, and several hours later, to Queens County Central Booking. Description: On May 25, 2012, Plaintiff James Goldring possessed two unlicensed rifles and one unlicensed shotgun. He accidentally shot his 4 year old. He alleges that NYPD police officers unlawfully searched his premises and destroyed items when he had not consented. Subsequently in July, NYPD Officers Gonzalez, Hospedales, Perullo, Rivera, Ripa, Stallone, Cruz, Kerny, and Post harassed him, his customers, and his business by issuing a large number of minor or nonexistent violations.
