Description: On July 29, 2017, plaintiff was present with his friend, DeJesus, standing in front of 1285 Washington Ave, Bronx, NY, having finished playing basketball in back of building, not posing a threat to anyone. Defendants approached plaintiff in a threatening manner, and accused plaintiff's friend, DeJesus, of smoking in the building. Plaintiff left the scene of occurrence, and went to a grocery store across the street.
