Description: On or about March 2, 2010, police officers arrested the plaintiff without probable cause or reasonable suspicion to believe that the plaintiff had committed any crime or criminal offense. The following day, on or about March 3, 2010, the police department, fire department, and officers charged the plaintiff and caused him to be prosecuted for various crimes.
Before arresting and charging the plaintiff, the defendants improperly coerced false confessions from the plaintiff, fully aware that these confessions were false.
