Description: On or about July 2006, claimant Miriam Yarimi was a 14 year old minor who was seized without legal justification, falsely arrested, and imprisoned by respondent Officer Mastrokostas. Claimant was released after a brief detention. About 2 weeks later, Mastrokostas approached claimant while on duty and in his patrol car and requested her phone number, which she gave to him.
