Description: On June 22, 2023, Plaintiff attended a concert at Citi Field. Plaintiff attempted to exit the parking lot by walking towards the location she entered the parking lot. When she attempted to exit the parking lot, Officer Shahrukh Rehan elbowed Plaintiff, which caused her to fall to the ground, hit her head on the pavement, and briefly lose consciousness. Plaintiff asked multiple officers to help her because she needed medical attention, and most refused her calls for help. Eventually, an officer helped plaintiff get evaluated by EMS.
