Description: On or about September 2nd, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of an address in the Bronx when he was approached and ordered to the ground by defendant officers. Defendant officers handcuffed Plaintiff's hands tightly behind his back and began to beat him, grabbing him by the throat, punching him and striking him in the head with an object, stepping on him, kneeing him, and kicking him on his arms, back and legs.
