Description: On or about November 28, 2020 at approximately 12:05 a.m. Plaintiff arrived at a party in an apartment in Richmond County. Plaintiff was in the living room for about 10 to 15 minutes when NYPD Officers raided the house. NYPD Officers raided the house without a warrant or probable cause justifying the unlawful entry, search, and seizure of the home and the people in it. NYPD Officers were actually entering the home to arrest Plaintiff and other attendees of the party as investigation for a shooting based on their discriminatory prejudices against African Americans.
