Description: On February 14, 2018 at approximately 3:00 p.m. infant Plaintiff was lawfully present inside a McDonalds waiting for his food order when POs Dongiorno and John Does 1-10 entered and ordered Plaintiff to exit. Plaintiff complied and called his mother, a police officer, upon exiting. POs then asked Plaintiff for his ID. Plaintiff opened his backpack to retrieve it but before he could POs grabbed Plaintiff and forcibly thew him to the ground, severely injuring Plaintiff's knees and back. Plaintiff was then handcuffed without legal justification and filmed by multiple bystanders.
