Description: On July 24, 2013, plaintiff was a passenger in the front seat of a car in Brooklyn. Defendant NYPD Officers Garcia, Kessba, and Ritchie stopped the vehicle and ordered plaintiff to exit the vehicle. When plaintiff complied, defendant Garcia searched him without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Defendants did not find anything, and plaintiff objected to further searching. Defendant Garcia then struck plaintiff, knocking him to the ground.
