Complaint
Description: On March 22, 2017, while lawfully driving around Cypress Avenue and East 138th Street in Bronx, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, arrested, and detained by the defendants, including Edward Gaston and John Does 1-2, without legal justification. After the arrest, the plaintiff was taken to a local precinct where he was prohibited from using the restroom for approximately 4-6 hours, causing him to be taken to Lincoln Hospital. Subsequently, he was taken to various police stations and Bronx Central Booking. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
