Complaint
Description: On November 15, 2013, Plaintiff was assaulted by Defendant PO Arocho and other unknown officers. They handcuffed him, threw him to the floor, punched and kicked him, and put their feet and knees on his back. Plaintiff was also falsely arrested, falsely imprisoned, and held and searched without probable cause. The initial assault took place on the street, but continued into a police vehicle as well as a police precinct. During the assaults, other Defendant police officers were present but did not intervene. The Plaintiff was required to make several appearance in Criminal Court in New York until the case against him was dismissed.
