Description: On July 23, 2023, Defendants Rivera and Roe, as well as unnamed Defendants proceeded to unlawfully stop and search the Plaintiff, without any probable cause. Defendants then applied physical force to the Plaintiff, and proceeded to arrest him. Plaintiff was booked but released after 24 hours.
