Description: On or about April 17, 2017, plaintiff was lawfully present in the street when defendant POs Gomez and Doe 1-2 approached her with their loaded firearms, and other objects, which they used to strike, seize and restrain plaintiff. Defendant POs then, without probable cause or an arrest warrant, placed plaintiff under arrest and charged her with (unknown) crimes she was innocent of. Plaintiff was held in custody for two days. The case against her was later dismissed.
