Description: On July 13, 2018, plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Adee Avenue and White Plains Road, Bronx, when defendant police officers, without any probable cause or legal justification, approached plaintiff for no reason other than his race and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an excessive manner. Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested. While in custody, plaintiff was strip-searched. During arraignment, plaintiff was falsely prosecuted with committing a crime, but all charges against plaintiff were eventually dismissed in his favor. As a result of defendants' actions, plaintiff sustained severe physical injuries and emotional trauma.
