Description: On or about May 17, 2024 Plaintiff was lawfully driving home from work when PO Jonathan P. Estevez and other officers began following Plaintiff for several blocks. POs then stopped Plaintiff's vehicle without legal justification and falsely and aggressively arrested Plaintiff. PO Estevez placed too-tight handcuffs on Plaintiff. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct and repeatedly requested medical attention but his requests were denied. POs initiated a malicious prosecution against Plaintiff and all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed on or about November 17, 2023.
