Description: On July 2, 2022, Plaintiff was lawfully present in the hallway of his apartment building when Defendant Police Officers approached him without justification. They began to question him, when one of the Defendants suddenly grabbed Plaintiff, pushed him backwards, and slammed the back of his head into the door frame, causing Plaintiff to begin bleeding.
