Description: On August 24, 2019, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by the defendant PO including POs Hans Arias, Michael Pisano and Francis Zito without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes and assaulted and battered the plaintiff, including throwing him on the ground and lifting him but the metal links in the handcuffs, which caused the plaintiff great physical pain. The plaintiff's hands were then contorted behind his back and then handcuffed in an excessively tight fashion. The plaintiff was taken to the 52nd Precinct where she was fingerprinted, photographed and searched and was then taken to Bronx Central Book...
