Description: On March 23, 2019, around 3:00 P.M., in the vicinity of 1310 Sheridan Ave, Bronx, plaintiff Moussa Fofana was on his way to a friend when he was stopped, handcuffed, and arrested. At no time did Plaintiff sell marijuana to an undercover cop. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct, strip-searched, and transported to central booking. Plaintiff was eventually released and ordered to return to court. Plaintiff was required to attend court hearings for about a year and all matters were dismissed in Plaintiff's favor.
