Description: On March 9, 2021 Dibo Hafif's home was surrounded by by 150 rioters at 8PM. Hafif called the NYPD and they sent 4 officers to take a report, the report was made for inciting a riot by Officer Parisi. Officer Parisi promised that him and his unit would arrest the rioters if they did not stop. The NYPD left 1 police car and the officers did not get out of their car. Once the officers left, the crowd grew to over 1,000 and they stayed until 2AM. Description: On September 16h, 2015, at around 3:30pm, near the intersection of Batchelder St and Avenue V, P.O. Costarella, P.O. Rossignolo, Sgt. Kaiyuen and 10 unnamed NYPD officers tackled and violently brutalized Plaintiff Phillip Pitter before arresting him, causing severe injuries.The officers then transported him to the 61st Precinct where he was held for several hours, denied medical treatment, and accused of crimes that he did not commit.
