Description: On February 16, 2015, Plaintiff was trying to pay the fare for a livery cab ride with a 100 dollar bill when the cab driver took her from her home to the 83rd Precinct in Brooklyn. Outside of the precinct Defendants NYPD officers Sherrianne Reinhardt and Officer Adrian Theobald had the Plaintiff exit the car.
