Description: On January 5, 2021, Plaintiff was walking home from his friend's house when he was approached by Officers Michael Lettow, Leonard Disalvo, and John Does 1-10. Plaintiff ignored the officers who attempted to talk to him, because he did not know they were officers. Without warning, the officers attempted to grab Plaintiff from behind, who did not know who was trying to grab him and was scared.
