Description: On July 3, 2016, plaintiffs (partner of deceased and her children) were driving home from a party with the deceased when an erratic driver cut them off and nearly hit their car. The driver was an off-duty NYPD officer, Wayne Issacs. When both cars stopped next to each other at a traffic light, the deceased got out of his car and approached Issacs's car.
