Description: On July 4, 2013 at around 5:30 a.m. in a residential property, police officers from the 79th Precinct, including Patrick Burnett and Gregory Clarke and John Doe (name unknown), ('the Officers') assaulted Anthony Medlin without cause. Mr Medlin was compliant, offered no resistance, and was kneeling on the floor with his hands behind his head. The Officers, or some of them, struck Mr. Medlin at least twice in the face, opening a wound under Mr. Medlin's lip and causing a contusion by his eye. Other Officers, including John Doe, struck Mr. Medlin. He suffered a laceration to his lip, multiple bruises, a contusion to his eye and injury to his shoulder.
