Description: On January 5, 2011, the plaintiff was waiting in a parked vehicle in which she was a passenger, when she was approached by several police officers, including Officer Michael Golden, Officer Pedro Marcano, and Officer Natalia Guzman Morales. Officer Morales asked the plaintiff to exit the vehicle and requested identification, which the plaintiff provided. Officer Morales then stated to the plaintiff to better start talking, poked the plaintiff in her head, pulled the plaintiff's left arm behind her back, and pushed the plaintiff to the ground.
