Description: On December 31, 2015, plaintiffs were out shopping when defendants (in plainclothes) approached plaintiffs with their guns drawn and grabbed them with force. Defendants then searched and tightly handcuffed plaintiffs. Despite the search yielding on evidence of contraband, defendants arrested plaintiffs and transported them to the 5th precinct. Plaintiffs were falsely charged with disorderly conduct. All charges brought against plaintiffs were subsequently dismissed.
