Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was sitting in his car that was not running when defendant officers pulled alongside him and arrested him for driving with a suspended license and possession of a forged instrument. Both charges were later dismissed. Defendants rear handcuffed Plaintiff despite the fact that he had a broken wrist. On a separate occasion, defendant officers pulled over a vehicle in which Plaintiff was a passenger, searched it, arrested him, took him to a precinct, strip-searched him, and charged him with possession of marijuana and a forged prescription. Charges were later dismissed.
