Description: On December 22, 2022, at approximately 8:15 p.m., PO defendants GIARDINO and others without probable cause and/or justification, arrested the plaintiff in the vicinity of Marble Hill Avenue and West 228th Street, County, Bronx, New York, where Plaintiff was lawfully and doing nothing illegal, improper or acting suspicious in anyway.
